“BEAUTY FOR ME IS SELF LOVE. IF YOU TRULY LOVE AND ACCEPT WHO YOU ARE…
beauty reflects from that in both your energy and overall aura. I absolutely love reading. I’m always carrying a book with me, even if I don’t get the chance to read it that day, I find comfort in always having one close by. I’ve been practising yoga for 10 years and go through phases where I’m religious about it, and other times where I’m going doing yoga for a specific remedy. The reason I fell in to yoga was to correct a spinal issue that I had as a teenager. I ended up really loving it and I continued it from there. I’ve travelled to different parts of the world for yoga classes and health retreats and I would like to have a teaching degree someday.
If you ask me about my beauty routine I don’t consider myself a minimalist.
I have troubled skin since I am a teenager and the reason for it are hormonal imbalances. I have certain products that I like to use in general. Apart from that I also like to change and explore new products out there too.
What I find most important is what you eat.
In other words, what you put in your body – your face is a map of that. That’s why I use a lot of natural products, especially coconut oil. You can use it in so many ways. I use it as a deep moisturizer as well as for my hair. My ultimate beauty trick is oil pulling! Oil pulling is an ancient practice that involves swishing oil in your mouth to remove bacteria and promote oral hygiene. The result: Your skin glows! I tend to do it every single day, if I can. And of course WATER! Drink as much as possible, at least 2 L a day to promote hydration, good digestion and to detoxify.
